The villa benefits from high quality modern furniture and air conditioning. Wooden exterior sliding doors transform the building, when closed through the front terrace, to provide complete privacy. Patio furniture under the covered terrace and a barbecue allow you to enjoy cookouts and watch the sunset. Sliding doors from the living rooms give access to the terraces and the pool, which has Roman steps. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided. Off-road parking is available for at least 2 cars in the unit. The villa benefits from good sea views and is only 30m from the water's edge! This is a wonderful place away from mainstream tourism to relax by the sea.

COVID cancellations
In the event that the client had to cancel his reservation for reasons of Covid 19, either because he is infected, because he cannot travel because the airports are closed or because the government or governments prevent mobility between territories, Redorka SL will return the 100% of the amount paid so far.
For this, client will only have to present the positive PCR analysis copy or the corresponding government certificate.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the client must notify it in writing by email and the following penalties will be applied as compensation for Redorka SL
- If the cancellation is made before 60 days of arrival, the client will receive a refund of 50% of the value of the advance paid.
- If the cancellation is made between 30 and no more than 60 days of arrival, Redorka SL will apply as compensation, the amount corresponding to 100% of the advance paid.
- If the cancellation is made 30 days before the arrival date, the client will lose all the value paid for the reservation.
- If the cancellation is made before 60 days of arrival, the client will receive a refund of 50% of the value of the advance paid.
- If the cancellation is made between 30 and no more than 60 days of arrival, Redorka SL will apply as compensation, the amount corresponding to 100% of the advance paid.
- If the cancellation is made 30 days before the arrival date, the client will lose all the value paid for the reservation.
