This villa is built on two levels, at the same level of the street is the living room and dining room, a spacious kitchen, very well equipped with all the necessary appliances for you to cook and have a pleasant stay, the 3 double bedrooms, one with double bed and the other 2, with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms, one of which is en suite in the main room and a pleasant terrace.

On a lower level with access by an external staircase on one side of the house is the pool surrounded by sun loungers where you can sunbathe and spend relaxing moments, as well as the barbecue to dine al fresco.
Villa Mariola is surrounded by pine trees and overlooks the sea.

In the Binibeca Nou area near the house you will find restaurants, bars and a supermarket just 500 meters away. as well as the famous fishing village of Binibecca Vell.
It is located just 13 km from the airport and 11 from the main town of Mahón. The closest beaches besides the Binibecca Nou, famous for its transparent water and white sand, are Punta Prima beach about 3 km away and Binisafua beach about 2 km away.

COVID cancellations
In the event that the client had to cancel his reservation for reasons of Covid 19, either because he is infected, because he cannot travel because the airports are closed or because the government or governments prevent mobility between territories, Redorka SL will return the 100% of the amount paid so far.
For this, client will only have to present the positive PCR analysis copy or the corresponding government certificate.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the client must notify it in writing by email and the following penalties will be applied as compensation for Redorka SL
- If the cancellation is made before 60 days of arrival, the client will receive a refund of 50% of the value of the advance paid.
- If the cancellation is made between 30 and no more than 60 days of arrival, Redorka SL will apply as compensation, the amount corresponding to 100% of the advance paid.
- If the cancellation is made 30 days before the arrival date, the client will lose all the value paid for the reservation.
- If the cancellation is made before 60 days of arrival, the client will receive a refund of 50% of the value of the advance paid.
- If the cancellation is made between 30 and no more than 60 days of arrival, Redorka SL will apply as compensation, the amount corresponding to 100% of the advance paid.
- If the cancellation is made 30 days before the arrival date, the client will lose all the value paid for the reservation.
