You feel the peace and privacy, and to sum up, it also has
fantastic sea views, both on the pool level and the main bedroom’s
terrace.
Externally you find a decent size private pool with a sunbathing area and an ideal covered terrace for al fresco dining.
Inside, in the first level, you will find the lounge-dining area and the kitchen, with access to a little external washing area. On the lower level you will find and independent full bathroom, a doulbe bedroom with built in wardrobe and the main double bedroom with en-suite shower room and terrace with sea views

COVID cancellations
In the event that the client had to cancel his reservation for reasons of Covid 19, either because he is infected, because he cannot travel because the airports are closed or because the government or governments prevent mobility between territories, Redorka SL will return the 100% of the amount paid so far.
For this, client will only have to present the positive PCR analysis copy or the corresponding government certificate.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the client must notify it in writing by email and the following penalties will be applied as compensation for Redorka SL
- If the cancellation is made before 60 days of arrival, the client will receive a refund of 50% of the value of the advance paid.
- If the cancellation is made between 30 and no more than 60 days of arrival, Redorka SL will apply as compensation, the amount corresponding to 100% of the advance paid.
- If the cancellation is made 30 days before the arrival date, the client will lose all the value paid for the reservation.
- If the cancellation is made before 60 days of arrival, the client will receive a refund of 50% of the value of the advance paid.
- If the cancellation is made between 30 and no more than 60 days of arrival, Redorka SL will apply as compensation, the amount corresponding to 100% of the advance paid.
- If the cancellation is made 30 days before the arrival date, the client will lose all the value paid for the reservation.
