The house has 4 double bedrooms, three of which can be arranged with twin beds. All bedrooms have a private bathroom (shower or bathtub) and a separate toilet. Each bedroom also has its own private terrace overlooking the garden, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. The communal areas include a spacious and bright living room and a fully equipped kitchen-dining area. The living room extends to a covered outdoor lounge area, sheltered from the wind. At the rear of the house, opposite the kitchen, there is an outdoor dining area with parasols and a large gas barbecue, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors. ç

Reservations are from Saturday to Saturday.   With a security deposit of 500.- euros to be paid before the arrival.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and worry-free stay: fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, internet TV, Wi-Fi connection, among others.
