Located high on the San Jaime hill, it enjoys a privileged position, offering guests unforgettable sensations and, at the same time, privacy. The most remarkable part of Villa del Mar is probably its terrace, with its scenic views and swimming pool, from which you can admire beautiful and romantic sunsets. The villa is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable living room with access to the outdoor terrace through large windows. Next to the living room are the independent dining area and the fully equipped open kitchen. Also on this floor are three double bedrooms, two of them with en-suite bathrooms, and another independent bathroom.
Upstairs is the fantastic master bedroom, with a large double bed and spacious en-suite bathroom. The views from here are simply stunning. The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture and also features a barbecue area, ideal for enjoying summer lunches and dinners in the privileged setting that Villa del Mar offers.
Due to its elevated position on the hill, the distance to Son Bou beach and the shopping area is approximately 1 km. We recommend having your own or a rental vehicle, as the slope is steep, although there are stairways throughout the urbanization for those who prefer to walk, weather and fitness permitting. NOTE: Access to the property is via a staircase with many steps.

For reservations made less than 30 days before arrival, 100% payment of the reservation must be made
Once the reservation is confirmed, it can be canceled at any time up to 30 days before arrival.
