This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, with stunning front-line sea views, is
situated in the S´Atalaya area of the Binibeca urbanisation. A popular
resort on the south-east coast of Menorca, offering an ideal base for a
family holiday.

Villa Arcola benefits from air conditioning in the
sitting room and main bedroom. Villa Arcola is a brand new villa, built
two years ago and as such is modern in design and equipped to a high
standard. The villa is situated 1.000m from the lovely sandy beach of
Binibeca, although if you prefer you can swim off the rocks right in
front of the villa. The large and modern lounge has comfortable sofas,
satellite TV(limited UK free to view channels) There are four spacious
bedrooms, all double rooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom,
another with twin beds and en-suite bathroom, two other twin bedrooms
that share a further shower room. The kitchen is equipped with all the
necessary household appliances- hob, oven microwave, dishwasher,
fridge-freezer and washing machine togehter with all crockery and
cooking utensils. Outside there are both covered and uncovered terraces,
with sea views, surrounded by the large garden. The pool is a generous
9x5m and has roman steps.

COVID cancellations
In the event that the client had to cancel his reservation for reasons of Covid 19, either because he is infected, because he cannot travel because the airports are closed or because the government or governments prevent mobility between territories, Redorka SL will return the 100% of the amount paid so far.
For this, client will only have to present the positive PCR analysis copy or the corresponding government certificate.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the client must notify it in writing by email and the following penalties will be applied as compensation for Redorka SL
- If the cancellation is made before 60 days of arrival, the client will receive a refund of 50% of the value of the advance paid.
- If the cancellation is made between 30 and no more than 60 days of arrival, Redorka SL will apply as compensation, the amount corresponding to 100% of the advance paid.
- If the cancellation is made 30 days before the arrival date, the client will lose all the value paid for the reservation.
- If the cancellation is made before 60 days of arrival, the client will receive a refund of 50% of the value of the advance paid.
- If the cancellation is made between 30 and no more than 60 days of arrival, Redorka SL will apply as compensation, the amount corresponding to 100% of the advance paid.
- If the cancellation is made 30 days before the arrival date, the client will lose all the value paid for the reservation.
