Newly built house made with traditional materials. It takes place on the ground floor, with access from all the rooms directly to the surrounding lawn, except for the room attached to the kitchen. Accessible to the different levels through ramps on the outside. The main bedroom area has two en-suites with an integrated bathroom (use of bathtub only/no jacuzzi)) and two doubles with a shared bathroom and a living room next to the main bedroom. The spacious living room with a sloping ceiling equipped with complete audiovisual equipment is together with the dining room, facing the pool. The separate kitchen also has a laundry area, drying terrace, a toilet and a fifth attached bedroom. The 12.50 m pool with pergolas around it, on the north side.
