Very quiet with beaches 4 km away, Maó port 6 km away, airport 12 km away and golf course 25 km away. Large pool, 8000 m2 plot 1 km from the town and many environments to be around the house in covered terraces and garden.
Newly built house made with traditional materials. It takes place on the ground floor, with access from all the rooms directly to the surrounding lawn, except for the room attached to the kitchen. Accessible to the different levels through ramps on the outside. The main bedroom area has two en-suites with an integrated bathroom and two doubles with a shared bathroom and a living room next to the main bedroom. The spacious living room with a sloping ceiling equipped with complete audiovisual equipment is together with the dining room, facing the pool. The separate kitchen also has a laundry area, drying terrace, a toilet and a fifth attached bedroom. The 12.50 m pool with pergolas around it, on the north side. COVID cancellations
In the event that the client had to cancel his reservation for reasons of Covid 19, either because he is infected, because he cannot travel because the airports are closed or because the government or governments prevent mobility between territories, Redorka SL will return the 100% of the amount paid so far.
For this, client will only have to present the positive PCR analysis copy or the corresponding government certificate.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the client must notify it in writing by email and the following penalties will be applied as compensation for Redorka SL
- If the cancellation is made before 60 days of arrival, the client will receive a refund of 50% of the value of the advance paid.
- If the cancellation is made between 30 and no more than 60 days of arrival, Redorka SL will apply as compensation, the amount corresponding to 100% of the advance paid.
- If the cancellation is made 30 days before the arrival date, the client will lose all the value paid for the reservation.
- If the cancellation is made before 60 days of arrival, the client will receive a refund of 50% of the value of the advance paid.
- If the cancellation is made between 30 and no more than 60 days of arrival, Redorka SL will apply as compensation, the amount corresponding to 100% of the advance paid.
- If the cancellation is made 30 days before the arrival date, the client will lose all the value paid for the reservation.
